The golden shadow is said to be those parts of our psyche that we have rejected, which lie dormant waiting to be unearthed. Our beauty, wisdom, power and potential that we have projected outwards and see in others rather than ourselves.

Handcrafted in oxidised (blackened) sterling silver with accents of 18ct yellow gold, this ring is pure opulence. Partially polished, partially oxidised, adorned with an array of exquisite gemstones, this piece will be cherished forever.

The ring’s top panel with it’s baroque silhouette, features a gorgeous green chrome tourmaline baguette measuring 15mm x 8mm whose setting resembles that of an ornate cartouche or chest engraved with scrolls, shells, cross hatching and millegrain details. Floating on a sea of gold this mesmerising centre stone is surrounded by flourishes of shells, four round brilliant cut pink red rubies each 2mm in diameter, and fine scrolls pave set around the millegrain border of this elaborate altar with a mass of rose cut black diamonds.

Sitting 7mm above the finger, the ring measures 25mm at it’s widest point and 38mm along the finger.

This ring fits finger Australian & British size U (US size 10 1/4). Ring size can be adjusted within reason.

All pieces are made with love in William Llewellyn Griffiths' Melbourne studio.

We offer an accredited valuation upon request for this mesmerising piece.
