All purchases directly through the website will be shipped free of charge via DHL couriers. Custom made commissions will be charged per job. Insurance is available upon request.
CUSTOM FEES & IMPORT RESTRICTIONS
Some countries place restrictions on goods imported or charge customs duties or import fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to research these fees and/or restrictions that are applicable and pay the incurred charges. We send all parcels through DHL and suggest that you check Customs Support in the first instance at DHL Express. We also recommend contacting your local government body prior to ordering. e.g. customs & excise.
RETURNS
Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns.
