Metal Couture custom orders take between 3-5 weeks depending on design, complexity and if particular precious stones or materials need to be sourced.

If you require your piece by a certain time please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your plans.

Commission pieces require a non refundable 40% deposit. Please note, there is no refund for change of mind and exchanges are at Metal Couture’s discretion.

Metal Couture commissions are generally conducted via a consultation process at our workshop in the Nicholas Building, Melbourne CBD where clients are able to see a vast array of jewellery pieces under construction, as well as see their own unique visions come to life. Get in touch to book a consultation.

If you are not located in Melbourne, we create commission work for many clients all over the world and are able to correspond via email or skype with cad renderings and progress images.
