Exquisitely handcrafted in 9kt yellow gold this ring features a heavenly 3.2 carat round cut pink tourmaline in the most divine shade of peachy pink. Set inverted and resplendent against the gold, it sits atop a signature William Llewellyn Griffiths cathedral setting and split shank. The setting like a vaulted ceiling, serves to draw in the maximum amount of light, allowing it to pass through the stone and portray it's true vibrancy. The centre stone measuring 8.8mm in diameter and 7.4mm high, is held by 4 fleur dis lis shaped claws, each studded with it’s own sparkling white 0.9mm diameter round brilliant cut diamond. The cathedral is flanked by two guardian skulls perched across the shoulders of the ring.
This incredible memento mori ring is definitely a statement piece. Weighing 5.66 grams it sits comfortably on the hand and has a gorgeous weight to it.
