Metal Couture caters to a discerning clientele looking for something original and significant made from precious metal. Whether you seek an engagement ring or a bespoke piece of jewellery, we can assist you in making a choice that is not only beautiful, but also reflects your character. 

When making an inquiry regarding a custom piece there are some preliminary pieces of informatation to consider and to provide to us so that we can best be prepared.

1. What style are you after? Please include a screenshot or two from our website of designs/styles you like. https://www.metalcouture.com/collections/all-rings
2. What type of gold (eg white gold, yellow gold, or rose gold, 9 ct or 18ct), and or stone preference (eg diamond, sapphire)
3.  Budget
4. Time frame

*Please note- We prefer to work with stones we have sourced ourselves.  The reason for this is, we have stone suppliers we've worked with for many years and can trust their quality and get the best (industry) prices from. It's also imperative that the stones are the right cut and size for our designs. 

Metal Couture custom orders take between 3-8 weeks depending on design, complexity and if particular precious stones or materials need to be sourced.

If you require your piece by a certain time please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your plans.

Commission pieces require a non refundable 50% deposit. Please note, there is no refund for change of mind and exchanges are at Metal Couture’s discretion.
